Please sign up for our 2025 University of Wyoming New to Hunting Program

We are recruiting for our 2025 New to Hunting Program thanks to partners at Delta Waterfowl. We train you in the safe operation of firearms, how to hunt waterfowl, and how to cook and clean the game once it is harvested. This year’s trip will be a duck hunt in Torrington, Wyoming. We cover all costs except for the hunting license and federal duck stamp as we want our hunters to invest in conservation and there is no better way than through a hunting license. Hunters are major financial backers of conservation efforts, with license dollars and taxes on firearms and ammunition going towards science and conservation for wildlife under the North American Model of Wildlife Conservation.
